Apex PROcare is a placement agency specializing in professional, highly experienced American caregivers with degrees in child-related fields such as special education, nursing, occupational and physical therapy, and early childhood education and teaching. We also recognize the special challenges families may face when their children with special needs turn 18 and we have Care Professionals experienced in providing care for young adults.

Apex PROcare sources and screens our candidates directly to ensure high-quality, trained professionals. Our placement process is very personalized and we work closely with you to find the perfect candidate for your family.

Working with an Apex American Care Professional you can count on full-time, live-in support. Once a family has matched with a candidate, we handle all the travel details, assist with onboarding and training and provide yearlong local support.

Apex PROcare understands that every family is unique and care requirements vary from one family to the next. That’s why we offer four categories of professional childcare: special needs, infant & toddler care and private home education.
